Earl Lowe has been operating diving charters out of Campbell River as W. E. Services since 1995. In 2000 Earl became the #1 Dive Charter Operator in Campbell River when he expanded his business by taking over Abyssal Dive Charters and Lodge.

Earl is an IANTD Nitrox Instructor and Gas Blender, PADI diving instructor, WCB commercial diver, Level 3 First Aid Instructor, St. John Ambulance First Aid Instructor, and BC Ambulance attendant.

Earl brings over 20 years of experience as a professional chef and butcher to the organisation. Deb Seymour, (his significant other), has also been working as a professional chef for over 10 years with an emphasis on delicious pastry.
